Help build language learning that actually sticks

Langlern is expanding beyond Spanish — and we’re looking for great voices and great writing. If you care about clarity, authenticity, and learning that transfers to real life, you’ll fit right in.

WHAT YOU’LL WORK ON

Stories & audio that feel real

We write short, level-matched stories that reuse the vocabulary learners already know, and record clean, consistent audio that makes listening practice feel effortless.

  • Short stories that match a learner’s vocabulary level
  • Natural pacing and pronunciation (not “textbook voice”)
  • Consistency across a large library (tone, loudness, clarity)

Open roles

Remote-friendly contract work. We care about quality, consistency, and shipping.

SPANISH

Spanish Voice Actor (Neutral / LATAM preferred)

Contract Remote Audio

Record clear, natural Spanish audio for short stories and sentence sets. The goal is “easy listening” — steady pace, consistent tone, and pronunciation that feels real.

  • Record story narration + short line-by-line sentences
  • Clean home recording setup (quiet room + decent mic)
  • Deliver consistent volume + minimal room echo/noise
Apply Include a 30–60s sample reading (story style).
SPANISH

Spanish Story Writer (Level-based)

Contract Remote Writing

Write short stories that reuse core vocabulary and target grammar — without feeling robotic. Stories should be simple, engaging, and written for learners (A1 → B1 ranges).

  • Write level-tagged stories (short, focused, re-readable)
  • Keep vocabulary tight and intentional
  • Make grammar feel “natural in context”
Apply Include 1–2 short sample stories (150–400 words).
FRENCH

French Voice Actor (Standard / Metropolitan)

Contract Remote Audio

Record French narration that’s friendly and intelligible for learners. We want natural rhythm, clean articulation, and consistency across dozens (eventually hundreds) of recordings.

  • Story narration + short sentences (multiple difficulty levels)
  • Clear enunciation without sounding “overly slow”
  • Reliable workflow for pickups/edits if we adjust text
Apply Include a 30–60s narration sample.
FRENCH

French Story Writer (Level-based)

Contract Remote Writing

Write short French stories designed for rapid comprehension. The writing should stay within a controlled vocabulary while still feeling like real French.

  • Controlled vocabulary + gentle grammar progression
  • Stories that are actually interesting (even when simple)
  • Optional: propose mini-series themes learners want to finish
Apply Include 1–2 short samples (150–400 words).
GERMAN

German Voice Actor (Hochdeutsch)

Contract Remote Audio

Record German audio that’s clean, confident, and learner-friendly. The goal is high clarity with natural flow — not theatrical, not robotic.

  • Record stories and short sentences across levels
  • Consistent pacing + clean consonants
  • Comfortable doing occasional retakes/pickups
Apply Include a 30–60s sample reading.
GERMAN

German Story Writer (Level-based)

Contract Remote Writing

Write short German stories that work for learners — tight vocab, simple structures, and real-world tone. Stories should be easy to follow without dumbing things down.

  • Level-based stories (A1 → B1)
  • Simple sentence structure that still feels authentic
  • Bonus: light humor or “slice of life” themes
Apply Include 1–2 short samples (150–400 words).
